Holiday Bazaar

Bazaar

I'm doing a small bazaar at my friend Angie's on Thursday evening. If anyone is interested in coming email me. Here's a sneak peak of a few things! I will also have children's craft aprons, scarves, burp cloths, baby blankets and a few hair accessories!

I made these for my sister in law to give as a gift. Thought the fabric was really cute!

Brooklyn's Room

Here is another wall painting I did for a sweet little 4 year old named Brooklyn. We tried to coordinate her name and art with her bedding!

Allison

We finally got to meet our friends new baby Allison. What a precious baby girl! Mom had me paint wood letters for her wall in her nursery. I tried to copy her bedding the best I could. I think they look pretty cute! I hope mom loves them too!

Craft/Art Smocks

Kate's twin girlfriends Natalie and Nicole are turning 4. I made them matching art smocks for their birthdays. I put pockets on the front and added in watercolors, extra paint brushes and matching crayon holders. I think these are really cute and could be made for a boy or girl. If anyone wants one of these they are $20.

Baby Boy Burp Cloths

I made these for my friend Lauren's sister who's due any day and her friend Lacy! These were the first boy burp cloths I've made.

Julia's Room

I finally finished Julia's room. It started off pink and looked awful so I ended up repainting it green. I like it much better. I painted the canvas above her bed and also her name on the wall. I really like doing little projects like this!

Shower Curtain and Towels

Happy 5th Birthday Mackenzie!!! I made this shower curtain and towels for her birthday. Of course I still got her a swim Barbie and Barbie swimming pool. The handmade stuff was more for mom!

Crayon holders

I met my friend Danielle for brunch this week and she had one of these crayon holders for her little one Heath. I thought they were so cute and perfect to take to restaurants! I made one for my nephews and Kate.

Improved burp cloths

My mom is going to a shower next weekend and I made these for the mother to be. I love making these. If anyone wants me to make them for you they cost $18 for 1 set (3 burp cloths) or $30 for 2 sets (6 burp cloths).

1st attempt at burp cloths

So my mom recently taught me how to sew. One of my friends had her baby girl in December and the other is having her little girl this Monday. I made both of them burp cloths and loved making them! I would like to start selling these!

A few more older things

Here are a few things I did a few years ago. I painted Kate's dresser drawers to match her bedding and I also painted these frames for a craft show. One of them I did for my girlfriends daughter. Recently I decided Kate needed a stool in the kitchen to help me cook and wash her hands. I didn't want a kiddie stool so I decided to paint one that matched my drapes and kitchen chair pads. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!
